The language of all presentations will be English.
Presenting authors must register for the Congress.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS will be 8 minutes long followed by 2 minutes discussion.
Slides can be presented in PowerPoint (16:9 aspect ratio) or Prezi. Due to the large number of presentations at the event authors are requested to send their slides to zoltan.cziaky@kmcongress.com from 21-28 September, to avoid delays due to slide uploads onsite.

POSTERS will be displayed electronically on FullHD LCD monitors during the Symposium.
Poster boards for printed posters will not be available.

During the times allocated for each poster, authors will be available for viewers to ask questions about their research and how it is represented on the poster.

Technical specifications for E-Posters

Create your document in PowerPoint Portrait Layout 9:16 and save it in jpg or png format.

Only 1 slide/page per e-poster is accepted.

Orientation: portrait

Aspect ratio: 9:16

Minimum resolution: 1080 x 1920 pixels or its proportional multiple

Maximum file size: 20 MB

Font types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana Times New Roman or Helvetica fonts are recommended.

Font size: 11 points or larger

Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and videos are not permitted

QR Codes may be included

Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good picture quality is essential.

When saving your file please do not use symbols or special characters (ie. +/@/ü) in the file name.
